JORDAN, Circuit Judge, concurring.
The district court denied Mr. Long's claims on res judicata grounds based on the Florida Supreme Court's decision in Long v. State , --- So. 3d ----, 2019 WL 2150942 (Fla. May 17, 2019). I agree with the majority that the district court properly applied the doctrine of res judicata, and therefore join Parts I, II, III.A.2, and III.B of its opinion. Because our affirmance of the district court's res judicata ruling conclusively resolves Mr. Long's claims and requests for relief here, I find it unnecessary to address the issue of delay.
