ORDER. The Court ADOPTS the Final Report and Recommendation as to Kevin Michael Brown (3) (Doc. 66) in its entirety as the Order of the Court. The Motion to Suppress (Doc. 57) is DENIED. It is FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Brown's Motion to File Defendant's Motion to Suppress Under Seal (Doc. 56) is DENIED because there is no need for those materials to remain under seal. The Clerk is DIRECTED to unseal docket entry 56 in its entirety. The Clerk is also DIRECTED to correct docket entry 43 (Mr. Brown's Motion for Discovery) so that it is filed as a notice rather than a motion because Mr. Brown is not seeking relief from the Court.
