Doc. 90) be GRANTED, subject to reconsideration upon plaintiff's timely filing of a clarifying order from the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas that it may maintain this action against Wellpath, LLC in any capacity, including as a nominal defendant and other authorized purposes.
