Count 1 in the Indictment and has admitted to itsforfeiture allegation.Defendant’s
guiltypleaprovidesa factualbasisand causeto issuean order of forfeiture.
pursuantto 18 U.S.C. § 924(d) and FederalRule of CriminalProcedure 32.2(b).
Accordingly,IT IS ORDERED thatthemotion isGRANTED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Ainsworth’s interestin thefollowing
propertyisforfeitedtotheUnited Statesinaccordancewith 18 U.S.C. § 924(d):
● Ruger LCP, .380 caliberpistol,S/N: 379128949; and
● Any associatedaccessoriesand ammunition, including
6 rounds of assorted .380 caliber ammunition.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the United States Marshals Service,
the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives,and/or a designated
sub-custodian,isdirectedto seizethe property subjectto forfeitureand further
to make a returnas provided by law;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED thatthe United Stateswillprovide
writtennoticeto allthirdpartieswith a potentiallegalinterestinany ofthe
above-described property,and willalsopost on an officialgovernment internet
site(www.forfeiture.gov),forat least30 consecutivedays, noticeof the
Court’s Preliminary Order and the United States’intentto dispose of the
property in such manner as the Attorney General may direct,as required by
21 U.S.C. § 853(n)(l)and Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 32.2(b)(6),and
to make itsreturn to this Court that such action has been completed; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED thatupon adjudicationof allthird-party
interests,ifany, the Court willentera finalorder of forfeiture.
