ORDER AND REASON granting in part and denying in part 26 Motion to Dismiss and Compel Arbitration. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs' claims for violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act are stayed and referred to arbitration. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs' claims for violations of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act and Fair Housing Act are not compelled to arbitration and can proceed in this Court.
