REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION OF UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE as to Kolton Watson. The court recommends that: (1) Watson's supervised release be revoked based on the allegations in the petition for revocation of his supervised release, Dkt. 215; (2) Watson be committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a term of four months, to run consecutively to any other term of imprisonment, with two years of supervised release to follow, all prior conditions imposed; (3) Watson be required to enroll and participate in a 180-day substance-abuse inpatient-treatment program.
