ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS 
  
 
 The Court has reviewed the Report and Recommendations  (“R&R”) of United States 
Magistrate Judge Jolson (doc. 1 6), recommending that Petitioner Leon C. Taylor ’s motion to 
proceed in forma pauperis (doc. 11) be denied. No objections to the R&R have been filed, and the 
time for filing such objections under Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(b) has expired . Finding no clear error in 
the R&R, the Court hereby ADOPTS the same. 
 Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the Petitioner’s motion to proceed in forma 
pauperis is DENIED. Petitioner is ORDERED to pay the full filing fee of $5.00 within thirty (30) 
days of the date of this Order.
