(specially concurring). I concur in the reversal of the judgment in this case upon the ground that, being influenced by the evidence and the rulings of the court, the jury probably included in their award of damages the pecuniary loss of others than the next of kin, and that it was not made sufficiently clear to them that they should not do so.
